At Yellow The Label, we want you to love your new pieces, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, while full-priced items can be refunded to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the printed packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
